Do you have hands-on experience of the full range of administrative duties? Keen to progress and develop you career within a fast-paced team and an organisation that develops and nurtures talent? If so, we’re inviting you to apply for our Building Safety Administrator post supporting the delivery of our contracted maintenance services.   

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Building Safety and Assets - delivering excellent administrative support in-line with legislation and our procedures. Within this role you’ll be processing Servicing Certificates, ensuring relevant certification is provided for all works completed, supporting the monitoring of relevant budgets, as well as providing timely and concise reports.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll be an experienced administrator, well versed in the full range of administrative duties, who can thrive under pressure and has the ability to manage a large and varied work load with competing priorities and deadlines. Strong stakeholder management is an essential skill for this role, and being able to build strong relationships within your team and communicate effectively.
