The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Contracts Manager. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth and development in contract management at a leading Social Housing provider.
You will work closely with our Contract Manager and assist in enhancing the energy efficiency of our Tenant's properties, ensuring they remain places they are proud to call home. Utilising your contract management skills and financial acumen, you’ll help manage planned / cyclical capital revenue projects and maintenance services, delivered through key multi-million pound contracts.
We are happy to consider recent graduates for this role as well as people who have relevant work experience and are looking to obtain the relevant qualifications to progress their career. We will help train and develop you in order for you to fulfill the full requirements of the role!
