The Role
We are seeking an experienced people leader to join us as a Lead Coordinator, to help ensure the seamless and effective delivery of in-house and contracted maintenance services to our tenant’s properties. This is a fast-paced role, helping ensure our operatives on the ground can provide a fast and responsive repairs and maintenance service.
You’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team of Co-ordinators help ensure the efficient deployment and delivery of repairs works. You’ll monitor the teams KPIs and drive performance, using your expert knowledge to provide guidance and insight on efficient ways of working, ultimately ensuring our properties remain places people are proud to call home. Managing and analysing data is crucial in this role, as you’ll use this to identify areas for team improvement and create reports for senior management.

- You’ll be an experienced people leader with a proven track record of driving and improving team performance.
- As well as holding a relevant qualification, you’ll also have experience and knowledge of scheduling or planning domestic housing repairs and maintenance services across a geographical patch.
- Experience of working with a range of IT systems, financial reconciliation processes and contract management.
