The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Officer to join us and help deliver a high-quality estate management service to our tenants, ensuring their property is one they’re proud to call home. This is a fantastic chance to join a well established, experienced team and develop your skillset in Housing.

Your role will be to deliver a high-quality estate management service that reduces the risk of harm to residents, damage to our assets and tenancy failure, through professional and timely interventions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the management of all communal and non-communal spaces with a focus on safety and performance, managing our contracts
- Proactively manage abandonments, pest and vermin treatments and estate improvements
- Oversee Health and Safety functions including managing emergency response plans and fire risk actions
- Form effective relationships with customers to maximise the duration of their tenancy from sign-up to termination
- Collaborate with customers in order to shape, develop and continually improve our services
You’ll be required to travel for this role regularly, therefore our ideal candidate will either hold a full UK driving licence or evidence of the ability to travel throughout the area of operation.
Our Ideal Candidate? You’ll have experience of working in a customer service and / or housing management setting, with a proven focus on delivering an excellent customer experience, in-line with housing and other relevant legislation. Prioritising a busy workload is key in this role so you’ll also have excellent organisational skills. In addition, you’ll have a high level of written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
