We’ve an exciting opportunity for a Leasehold and Commercial Manager to join us, where you’ll manage Housing Management services for 2,500 Shared Owners and 1,500 Leaseholders, with a key focus on enhancing service delivery and tenant experience.

Through effective leadership and management of your team of geographically dispersed Officers, you’ll champion the delivery of a high-quality Housing Management service that is responsive to the needs of our tenants. Applying your expert understanding of Leasehold and Shared Ownership matters, you’ll shape the strategy to achieve high levels of tenant satisfaction, as well as meeting regulatory standards. Working in partnership with key stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll drive the delivery of the vision you set.

We’ve a track record of acting on the feedback from our Shared Owners and Leaseholders by improving communication and providing clearer information on what matters to our tenants, but we’ve ambitious goals to deliver even better services. This offers you the opportunity to join us at a time when you can really influence tenant experience and deliver meaningful work with a strong social purpose.

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking a professional individual who takes pride in delivering tenant-centric services, who can engage effectively with key stakeholders to ensure brilliant service delivery every time. You’ll also demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrable experience of all matters relating to residential and commercial leasehold management including its legislative context and policy framework.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing leases and shared ownership properties.
  • Experience of delivering service improvements with tangible results and satisfaction scores.
  • Experience of leading, managing and developing a geographically dispersed operational team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing demands.
