The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a people-focused individual to join us as a Dialler Income Officer! This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to further develop their skills in Housing.
This is a Fixed-Term Contract for a period of 12 months.
Please note, this role will be working on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday between the shift times of 8:00am – 4:00pm, 9:00am – 5:00pm & 10:00am – 6:00pm. Please note this role will require shift work- shifts will rotate.
You’ll join a welcoming and supportive team who are the first point of rent-arears related contact for tenants via inbound and outbound calls. You’ll utilise your interpersonal abilities to negotiate with tenants and arrange the repayment of low-level rent related debt in a timely and affordable manner - excellent customer service, communication and organisation skills are key to success in this role!

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking a customer-focused individual with a genuine desire to resolve problems and help tenants sustain their tenancy. You’ll also demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Customer service experience ideally within a debt/rent collection setting
- Knowledge of Social Housing and welfare benefits
- Experience of using a range of IT packages including MS Office and in-house systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate in a calm, confident and efficient manner.
Please note, we require a mandatory cover letter for this role. This should detail your experience or knowledge of Social Hosuing, including your knowledge of Housing Management, the welfare system and being tenant-focused..
