The Role
As an organisation we’re committed to providing the best services to our tenants - looking at our business systems, processes and ways of working through a critical lens and delivering improvement projects is key to ensuring we achieve this mission. As we embark upon the delivery of our new Corporate Plan 2025-2030, there couldn't be a better time to join us and contribute to the successful delivery of our transformational corporate strategy!
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including complex system improvements or implementations, digital development, and business process improvements. These projects could be multi-million pounds in budget, to give you an idea of size and scale. Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll conduct analysis and facilitate discussion to shape ideas into viable projects – using your understanding of the business context to develop pragmatic business requirements and processes which contribute to effective business solutions. You will challenge stakeholders and help them design future ways of working. You’ll play a key role in transitioning business requirements to solution and importantly, support project impacts to be impactful and sustainable by ensuring a smooth and effective handover to business as usual.
We have two roles on offer, both are fixed-term contracts for 18 months. Interested? Please read on to find out who we’re looking for.
Our ideal candidate?
- You’ll hold a relevant Degree, professional qualification (e.g. a Business Analysis Diploma) or equivalent experience
- You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst with a track record of working on multiple, large-scale projects throughout the project lifecycle; working closely with teams within both a Waterfall and an Agile environment.
- Importantly, you’ll demonstrate a talent for not only absorbing detail, but the ability to present this back in way appropriate to the audience, understanding the big picture and different perspectives.
