The Role

Have you got experience in Administration? Are you a natural problem-solver, have great communication skills and pride yourself on providing a brilliant customer service? If yes, then look no further – our Housing Management team are recruiting an Administrator to provide vital support the day-to-day running of our Environmental Contracts.

This is a full-time, temporary role for a period of 9-months.

We own 34,000 quality homes for social and affordable rent across the Midlands, and one of our keys to success is ensuring that these homes are lived in and loved for the maximum time possible. Your role as an Administrator will support a high performing team by:

Supporting the day to day running of Environmental Contracts for all Midland Heart properties including Grounds Maintenance, Window Cleaning, Communal Cleaning, Japanese Knotweed, Trees, Pest Control and Bulk Waste (list not exhaustive).
Liaising with a high number of external Contractors as well as internal partners.
Maintaining and updating accurate records of work orders and Contractor work schedules.
Overseeing a central inbox and responding to customer queries via email, letter or over the phone.
