The Role

Being a first-class landlord to our tenants through the provision of safe, secure, and well-maintained homes is at the core of what we do. Joining us as our Head of Repairs and Maintenance, you'll play a key role in ensuring that we continue to deliver the high-quality homes and services our valued tenants deserve.

Working collaboratively, you’ll use your experience of delivering high volume repairs and maintenance works to ensure we deliver a sector leading professional service to our tenants, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • The delivery of day-to-day repairs, void repairs, disrepair, structural repairs, insurance works and disabled adaptations installations.
  • Leading and developing the performance and capability of our internal repairs team of over 100 colleagues.
  • Introduce new ways of working that will improve the service to tenants and improve business efficiency, with a key focus on maximising front line productivity, cost control and the overall customer experience.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll be educated to degree level or possess the equivalent technical level of expertise demonstrated through your work experience. Importantly, you’ll have significant experience of operational management in construction or maintenance related sector, delivering high volume repairs & maintenance works, managing both direct labour and a muti-discipline supply chain. You’ll have strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver on their commitments.
