The Role

We’re seeking a part time Scheme Administrator to join our Mutuals Retirement Living team in Lichfield. This is a part time role working 17.5 hours per week, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Start/finish times can be discussed to offer flexibility to suitable candidates!

Andrews House is located just a short distance from Lichfield town centre with parking onsite. Andrews House is a Retirement Scheme for over 60’s made up of 60 flats; being one of our larger buildings, we’re focused on ensuring our residents feel safe in their homes by maintaining the compliance of the building to highest standard.

As a Scheme Administrator you’ll provide dedicated administrative support onsite at Andrews House, including but not limited to:

  • Responding to internal and external correspondence.
  • Raising repairs using inhouse systems.
  • Updating tenancy files, data entry and minute taking.
  • Supporting the coordination of building safety / fire safety documentation.

Our residents lead active lifestyles and take a keen interest in the management of the scheme. You’ll also interact with our residents to resolve their queries and signpost to appropriate external services - brilliant interpersonal skills are a must!

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking an organised individual who puts brilliant customer service at the heart of what they do. You’ll also able be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience of delivering a range of administrative tasks.
  • Experience of coordinating or carrying out building compliance / fire safety checks.
  • Experience of using a range of Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word and Excel, with the ability to learn business systems.
