The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to join our In-House Maintenance Team as a Contract Delivery Surveyor. This key role supports the delivery of high-quality contracted maintenance services, ensuring that contracted worked are delivered in-line with current regulation and legislation.

This is an exciting time to join the team as we set up in our new In-House Maintenance depot on Popes Lane, B69 4PN.

Working closely with the wider Midland Heart team and contractors, you’ll ensure that challenging operational objectives and KPIs are achieved in a legislatively compliant, timely, cost effective and customer focused manner at all times. On a daily basis you’ll demonstrate a dedication to achieving compliance performance and achieving targets for respective contracts; relishing the opportunity to gain value for money whilst ensuring customers are provided with a seamless high-quality service.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll hold a recognised Building, Mechanical or Electrical or site management qualification, or equivalent level of expertise demonstrated through significant work experience. We’re seeking technically strong individuals with a sound knowledge of repairs/maintenance. You will have an understanding of quality standards, building regulations and planning requirements needed to identify building defects and their remedies.
