The Role
Are you a keen problem solver who enjoys delivering great customer service? If so, join us as a Retirement Living Officer working 35 hours per week, working across three of our Sheltered Retirement Living schemes in Coventry CV1.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to develop their skills within Housing. Full training will be provided for the suitable applicant.
Covering a number of different schemes in the Coventry area, no two days will be the same! Please note, you must be able to travel in and around central Coventry to be considered for this role.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Achieving high customer satisfaction, by developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers, interacting with them regularly to ensure key messages are delivered and their needs are understood.
- Managing compliance including building safety, safeguarding, fire safety and health and safety, to ensure that our schemes are safe, secure and thriving communities.
You will also be providing an excellent Housing Management service for our customers, however we are happy to provide training for candidates with no prior Housing experience.
Our ideal candidate?
- You’ll have experience of working within Housing Management; OR
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service / relations role, either over the phone or face-to-face.
- You’ll have practical IT skills (Microsoft packages and in-house systems) with the ability to write letters to customers, report repairs and complete online training.
- You’ll be highly organised with the ability to balance multiple tasks in this varied role.
