Do you enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and translating business need into practical solutions that successfully deliver changes and projects? If so, we have a great opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Transformation Team.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll bring specialist knowledge of systems combined with your strong analysis skills to ensure effective configuration and development of technologies. You’ll ensure system changes are impact assessed, implemented and transitioned effectively into business as usual. A key part of the role will be working with internal stakeholders to assess their needs through interviews and workshops.  You’ll provide guidance and challenge perceived needs to identify true requirements, using these to implement the relevant system change.

We’re a Smart Working organisation so you can expect a balance of working from our Birmingham Bath Row office, and remotely from home.

Our Ideal Candidate? We’re looking for individuals with an analytical and logical approach, with demonstrable experience of the following:

• Working with systems and configuring technologies, including Housing Management applications
• Experience of gather requirements, translating these into build documents and evaluating the suitability of new solutions
• Demonstrable experience of engaging with stakeholders at all levels using different methods and translating complex technical information
• Experience of delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
