The Role

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Building Safety team on a fixed-term contract / secondment, due to end in May 2023. You’ll provide full administrative support within the team, ensuring that our homes meet the highest safety standards, both now and into the future.  You’ll be responsible for:

  • Responding to Fire Safety related queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that all relevant certification is provided for all works completed by
  • contractors
  • Processing of certification, orders, invoices and other contract documentation/data
  • Preparing and issuing legal letters
  • Inputting data and management of digital records – ensuring all information held is accurate and up to date.

This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll also lend administrative support across other areas of Building Safety as and when needed.

Our ideal candidate? 

  • You’ll have previous administrative experience with a basic knowledge of building maintenance, safety and compliance
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, with experience using a range of Microsoft packages and in-house systems
  • Detail orientated, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively, as well as working collaboratively with the wider team
  • Importantly, you should have a real customer focus, with one eye always fixed firmly on how we can improve our operations to better serve our communities.
