The Role

Are you able to manage multiple priorities whilst delivering great service for our customers? Are you able to engage and manage stakeholders effectively? Do you enjoy a fast-paced and varied workload? If yes, join our In-House Maintenance team as a Delivery Coordinator.

You’ll work closely with our In-house Maintenance teams, as well as colleagues across Midland Heart, to drive the smooth running of maintenance operations ran out of Booth Street, ensuring KPI’s are met.

You’ll deliver excellent administrative support including the processing of orders, invoices, expenses and other contractual documentation. You’ll be assisting in the production of regular team reporting using Excel, providing meeting support through minute taking and taking ownership of facilities on-site. Importantly, you’ll be the first point of contact for fleet management queries – from basic diagnostics, to accident management and vehicle risk assessments, you’ll ensure our fleet of 126 vehicles is running effectively.

We have two full-time permanent positions available, working 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around start and finish times. This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected team at the forefront of driving operational excellence across our In-House Maintenance teams.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll strive under pressure, managing a large and varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines with ease. You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills accompanied with some basic technical knowledge of domestic repairs/maintenance and fleet management. Importantly, you’ll have great stakeholder manager skills, as you’ll be communicating with Multi-skilled Trade Operatives, operational managers and tenants. Finally, you’ll be IT savvy with experience of using Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams), with the ability to learn inhouse systems.
