Due to a recent internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to drive the accuracy of data and forecasting for long term stock investment plans, including our ambitious plans to improve the energy efficiency of our properties.

Reporting to the Stock Intelligence & Energy Manager, you’ll provide data analysis and accurate reports to support effective decision-making for our stock investment programme over the next 5-30 years. You’ll be an integral part of ensuring data integrity and managing our asset management system effectively.

This is a rewarding role where you’ll directly contribute to investment decisions that impact the homes of our customers.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll have proven experience of working within a data analyst capacity, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, business reporting systems, and experience of ensuring data integrity and writing concise reports to support business decisions. You’ll be an analytical thinker, with a keen eye for reliable and insightful data, whilst being able to use your understanding and judgement to ensure business outcomes are achieved effectively and efficiently.
