The Role

Due to a recent internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lifestyle Coach (Activities & Wellbeing) to join our Willowfields Retirement Living PLUS Village located in the heart of Coseley. This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months, working 17.5 hours a week, flexibly across 7 days, which may include some weekend and/or evening work.   

In this fun yet challenging role, you’ll be tasked with promoting active lifestyles, positive wellbeing and social inclusion to a community of 70+ customers with varying needs. Using your creative flair and ability to engage people, you’ll plan and deliver a high-quality, tailored programme of lifestyle activities and themed events that promote holistic health and wellbeing in an entertaining way – always ensuring that our customers have a voice in contributing towards the programme.

The needs of our customers will always be at the forefront of your mind and you’ll be willing to engage with the wider community and external services to hold relevant events, undertaking and completing risk assessments as necessary. In return, you’ll be rewarded by positively impacting and enriching our customer’s lives.
