The Role

Our Resourcing Team is growing! As such, we're seeking a talent acquisition professional who enjoys both the challenge of finding those “needle in the haystack” candidates for specialist roles, as well as supporting with high-volume recruitment campaigns and everything in between.

As a Resourcing Specialist, you’ll be part of a highly valued team responsible for ensuring that our organisation has access to the talent needed to deliver success now and into the future. You’ll support and facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across all functions – building strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their requirements and support them throughout processes designed to meet the needs of their business area and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Importantly we want you to think differently about attraction and selection. We’ll challenge you to deliver targeted campaigns that make the most of headhunting tactics and non-traditional attraction methods to generate high-quality applications from a diverse talent pool. When it comes to selection processes, you’ll support the design and facilitation of assessments that provide candidates with the best possible opportunity to showcase the skills and behaviours needed to make a success of the role – favouring work-based exercises and auditions over standard interviews.

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking an experienced in-house recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and within a team trusted to deliver high-profile recruitment campaigns and projects. You’ll come equipped with a record of successfully devising and implementing innovative attraction and selection strategies which engage both the hiring manager and candidates throughout the process. Importantly, you’ll be customer-focussed with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – always striving to deliver a positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
