The Role

Due to continued growth we’re hiring a Resource planner to join our In-house Maintenance Team! This is a full-time permanent role based from our central Birmingham, Bath Row office – we’re well connected to public transport links, with parking available in the local area too!

You’ll join our team of Planners responsible for managing the schedules of our Multi-skilled Trade Operatives who service 33,000 homes across the Midlands. You’ll work at pace to schedule domestic repairs appointments between our customers and our Trade Operatives. Great customer service will always be at the forefront of your mind as you’ll be liaising directly with customers and Operatives to deliver a ‘Right first time’ service; collaborating effectively with colleagues to resolve any repairs issues and re-schedule appointments as needed.

You’ll also monitor performance against service key performance indicators and targets – you’ll be encouraged to identify new ways of working, offering a great opportunity to the successful candidate to maximise the In-house Maintenance Team’s productivity and ultimately provide a better repairs service to our customers.

In addition to a competitive salary and fantastic benefits, we offer you the opportunity to develop your skills through professional coaching, development programmes and professional qualifications, should you wish to pursue one.
