The Role

Passionate about driving projects that streamline business systems and processes to ensure colleagues can provide these services to the highest possible standard? If so, we’re seeking a Project Manager to join our Technology & Transformation Team to lead a portfolio of business-critical change projects from planning throughout the entire project management lifecycle.

Matrix managing a range of internal and external resources and working with stakeholder across our organisation, you’ll scope the vision, strategy and roadmap for key projects and manage their delivery to ensure they are impactful, timely and within budget. Importantly, you’ll also ensure a small transition from project to business as usual, ensuring that project impact is embedded and sustainable.

Our ideal candidate? We’re keen to meet qualified (Prince2, Agile, APMP or similar) Project Managers with hands-on experience of managing the entire project lifecycle; having delivered sizeable business change projects on-time and within budget. Stakeholder management and the ability to build strong working relationships with project resources and executive sponsors is essential. You’ll therefore demonstrate the ability to maintain clear and concise communication throughout the project life cycle and when required, the ability to influence others and secure co-operation or ‘buy-in’.

As a Transformation Team we embrace change when needed. Hence you should be ready to challenge existing approaches, identify opportunities and suggest improvements that will lead to more effective and efficient ways of working, not only in the delivery of projects but all aspects of work.
