The Role

We’re seeking a Concierge for our largest scheme, St Crispin Retirement Living PLUS Village, in Duston Northampton. St Crispin’s is a thriving Retirement Village where our customers live independently with support from Midland Heart on hand if needed.

As a Concierge you’ll provide a professional front of house service to the scheme, representing Midland Heart in a positive way. As the first point of contact for all visitor, customer and contractor enquiries, you’ll ensure all callers are residents, authorised visitors, or have legitimate business within the scheme. You’ll provide a full front of house service from coordinating and allowing access for services to the scheme, receiving and recording deliveries, and dealing with unplanned emergencies.

The safety of our customers and visitors within the scheme is paramount so you’ll also be expected to undertake security checks of the building, surrounding grounds and car park area, recording and taking any action as required.

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, including weekends as and when needed.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll be a highly professional individual who takes pride in delivering an excellent service to all customers. You’ll have experience in a front facing customer role, with excellent organisational skills and a good awareness of health & safety. We’re also looking for someone who is tech savvy, with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Who are Midland Heart? We’re a large and ambitious housing organisation providing more people an affordable place to call home. We welcome people from every walk of life, at every stage of their career.
