The Role

Our In-House Maintenance Team is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor to support the effective management of a multi-disciplined team of Trade Operatives, Contractors and self-employed operatives - conducting responsive repairs and voids maintenance, covering either our Birmingham, Staffordshire or East Midlands patches. 

You'll support us to ensure that our homes remain places that our customers are proud to call home by leading and motivating your team to repair and maintain our homes - frequently inspecting works to ensure their carried out to a high-standard.

Always with the customer in mind, you’ll work with colleagues across our organisation to ensure a seamless first-class responsive repairs service that is contractually compliant, timely, cost effective and safe – always striving to continuously improve our service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate? It goes without saying that you’ll have excellent supervisory and technical ability, with good construction knowledge, including Health & Safety legislation, fire safety, CDM Regulations and have proven experience of financial and budgetary control and void property management. You’ll have a knowledge of maintenance sector quality standards and multi trade repairs, and planning requirements demonstrated through a relevant qualification or significant work experience.
