The Role

Do you have a passion for delivering a high-quality service and driving continuous improvement forward? We’ve got a full time permanent opportunity for a Retirement Living Manager, to manage our James Beattie House, Retirement Living PLUS Scheme in Tettenhall, and Broadway Gardens Retirement Living PLUS Scheme in Wolverhampton.

You’ll lead and inspire your team of Lifestyle Coaches, Scheme Assistants and Kitchen Assistants, ensuring an excellent customer experience is felt by all of our customers and their families. You’ll develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as working in partnership with care providers and external contacts. Importantly, you’ll conduct audits and analysis on your scheme to ensure a high-quality service is maintained and to improve the service, reporting on the performance regularly.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll have experience leading and motivating a team successfully, whilst achieving and maintaining operational excellence. Experience of Housing Management with Care is a must, as well the drive to deliver a high-quality service to customers. You’ll be comfortable using a range of IT packages, you’ll also be able to understand and manage budgets effectively. Being able to communicate effectively and work in partnership with a range of stakeholders is key in this role.
