The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lifestyle Coach to join our largest Retirement Living Village for people aged 55 and over, based in Duston, Northampton - St Crispin Village Retirement Living PLUS scheme. This role is a fixed term contract or secondment opportunity for 12 months, working 35 hours a week, flexibly across 7 days, which may include some evening working.   

In this fun yet challenging role, you will be tasked with promoting active lifestyles, positive wellbeing and social inclusion within our services. Using your creative flair and ability to engage people, you’ll plan and deliver a high-quality programme of lifestyle activities to enhance the wellbeing of our customers; supporting them to live independently. You’ll be creative in identifying and implementing lifestyle activities, facilitating themed events and promoting holistic health and wellbeing in a fun and entertaining way - always ensuring that our customers have a voice in contributing towards the programme. In return, you’ll be rewarded by positively impacting and enriching our resident’s lives.
