The Role

Our customers are at the heart of our organisation – we want to hear the views of all tenants as it makes a big difference to how we improve the services they receive. Join us as a Customer Scrutiny Officer where you will drive a range of customer engagement opportunities, identifying trends and negotiating realistic improvements to services.

In this impactful role, you’ll engage with a diverse range of customers through consultation activities, including focus groups, to scrutinise performance. You’ll adopt an inquisitive approach that enables you to thoroughly explore, and critically interpret performance data. Using your excellent communication skills, you will appropriately challenge existing practices through business stakeholders and write reports for wider business consideration.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll be an engaging and resilient individual, with enthusiasm and commitment to developing and delivering successful customer scrutiny. You’ll have previous experience of driving service improvement through active engagement with a diverse range of individuals, building and maintaining professional relationships to ensure their voice is heard. Importantly, you’ll be dynamic thinker, who thrives under pressure and has the ability to manage a large and varied work load with competing priorities and deadlines.
