The Role

Our In-house Maintenance Team is growing - apply now to be our next Resource Planner! In this fast-paced varied role, you’ll manage the schedules of our Multi-skilled Trade Operatives, servicing 33,000 homes across the Midlands.

Collaboration will be key, as you’ll be working closely with colleagues across our organisation to schedule domestic repairs appointments between customers and our highly valued Trade Operatives. Great customer service will always be at the forefront of your mind as you’ll be liaising directly with customers and Operatives to resolve any repairs issues and re-schedule appointments as needed.

You’ll monitor performance against service key performance indicators and targets, ensuring a high quality and ‘Right first time’ approach is delivered every time. You’ll also be encouraged to identify new ways of working, offering a great opportunity to the successful candidate to maximise the In-house Maintenance Team’s productivity and ultimately provide a better repairs service to our customers.

Our ideal candidate? We're looking for a customer focused candidate with experience of working in a planning role in a relevant sector, such as social housing or utilities, who thrives working under pressure and is able to manage conflicting demands. You will be required to use various IT packages so the ability to learn new systems and a basic understanding of Excel is a must!
