We have an exciting opportunity for a Lifestyle Coach to join our Retirement Living Team – a fun yet challenging role tasked with promoting active lifestyles, positive wellbeing and social inclusion within our services.

The role is based at our Broadway Gardens Retirement Living PLUS scheme based in Wolverhampton. You’ll be required to work 35 hours a week, flexibly across 7 days, which may include some evening working.   

Using your creative flair and ability to engage people, you’ll plan and deliver a high-quality programme of lifestyle activities to enhance the wellbeing of our customers; supporting them to live independently. You’ll be creative in identifying and implementing lifestyle activities, facilitating themed events and promoting holistic health and wellbeing in a fun and entertaining way - always ensuring that our customers have a voice in contributing towards the programme.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll have demonstrable experience of developing and delivering varied activities, adapted and tailored to the diverse needs of an audience. You’ll also have experience of working with older people with a drive to enhance inclusion and participation. A creative flair coupled with the personality needed to encourage others to try new experiences is a must.
