The Role

What to expect? This is a demanding, yet highly rewarding role tasked with providing full administrative and secretarial support to our Director of Technology & Transformation and their senior management team. You’ll build strong relationship with your immediate stakeholders and with colleagues across our organisation, delivering high quality support consistently.

As the PA to the Director of Technology & Transformation, you’ll be responsible for a full range of administrative duties which are key to keeping the directorate running smoothly. Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to record keeping, document and report writing, taking phone calls and responding to postal and email-based correspondents, as well as providing diary management and meeting support.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll be experienced in providing full administrative and secretarial support across multiple stakeholders and functions. Key to success will be your ability to organise and prioritise your workload - remaining calm under pressure to deliver multiple high quality, accurate outputs against tight and sometimes conflicting deadlines. You’ll also be tech savvy, with the ability to use a wide range of software including Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), to produce reports and other documentation.
