Are you electrically qualified looking to use your technical expertise to manage and develop a highly professional, in-house team of electrical maintenance professionals? As our new Electrical Supervisor you’d be a key driver behind ensuring that we deliver a high-quality maintenance service in a timely, cost effective, customer focused manner, whilst abiding to legal requirements and achieving the contract targets.
You’ll motivate and provide effective management to a multi-disciplined team of Electricians and Trade Operatives carrying out responsive repairs, voids maintenance, disrepair work, Fire Risk Assessment actions, adaptations and special projects across our homes – ensuring all completed works comply with the current regulations and legislative requirements. You’ll also ensure that services provided by sub- contractors and self- employed operatives are monitored effectively and that the service provided is of high quality and cost effective.
Our ideal candidate? You’ll hold a recognised electrical related qualification with excellent experience of applying your technical expertise to ensure compliance with BS7671 Wiring Regulations and NICEIC enrolment requirements, quality standards, building regulations and planning requirements. As a strong leader and motivator of people, you will have a proven ability to embed a culture of quality and continuousnservice improvement within your team, whilst maintaining a professional approach to all aspects of service delivery.
