The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to join our In-House Maintenance Team. Managing and motivating a team of a multi-skilled trade operatives and supervising surveyors, you’ll lead on circa £5million per annum worth of in-house responsive repairs and void property maintenance across c.15,000 properties – supporting us to ensure that our homes remain places that our customers are proud to call home.

Always with the customer in mind, you’ll work with colleagues across our organisation to ensure a seamless first-class responsive repairs service that is contractually compliant, timely, cost effective and safe – always striving to continuously improve our service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll hold an ONC, HNC, NVQ or equivalent qualification in a Building Construction discipline. You’ll have a thorough understanding of and experience applying construction, repairs and maintenance technology; building quality standards and regulations; planning requirements; as well as relevant health & safety and fire safety legislation.

Importantly you’ll demonstrate previous experience of successfully leading a multi-disciplined team of trades – motivating and inspiring them to deliver a first-class repairs and maintenance service.
