The Role

Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a fresh new challenge? Midland Heart has a great opportunity for qualified Electricians to join our In-house Maintenance Team, operating within the East Midlands and Coventry areas. 

Our Electricians deal with a variety of electrical works in mainly domestic and some commercial properties. You'll undertake installations, servicing, inspection & testing, rectify faults and maintain electrical systems and appliances to a high quality standard, in accordance with the current edition of IET Wiring Regulations.

Our ideal candidate? You'll hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent (i.e. City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2), Inspection & Testing qualifications (i.e. City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395), as well as current accreditation on the requirements of BS 7671 (i.e. City & Guilds 2382: 18th Edition), and be fully conversant with the current IET Wiring Regulations. A good understanding of BS5839-6 is desirable (Domestic Fire alarms systems). A full UK Driving Licence is also essential.
