The Role

E-Learning is a cornerstone of our ability to further develop the skills and behaviours of our greatest resource: our colleagues. As our E-Learning Developer, you’ll play a lead role in designing, developing and procuring digital learning solutions – enabling us to maximise the performance of our colleagues and supporting them to deliver a highly professional, customer-focused service to customers.

Joining our Digital Content team, we’ll challenge you to design high quality and creative digital learning content that is accessible to all colleagues across our organisation. You’ll work closely with our Talent Development and Organisational Development Managers to identify organisational learning needs – regularly working and collaborating with a range of other stakeholders to capture requirements for their specific business areas. Using a range of digital design software and authoring tools, you’ll translate these requirements into innovative E-learning solutions that engage colleagues using virtual delivery, multimedia design (and ways we’ve not thought of) to bring learning to life.

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking an experienced E-Learning developer, who’s well versed in authoring tools including Captivate, Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll have a strong talent and passion for creating innovative digital media including video production, web design and animation. Importantly, you’ll demonstrate a collaborative approach to work; bringing stakeholders together to deliver E-Learning packages that are tailored to meet the learning needs and develop the skills of a diverse range of learners.
