The Role

We’re proud of who we are and what we do as an organisation; and our website is a key channel through which we communicate this to our customers and other stakeholders. As our Digital & Website Officer, you’ll take full ownership of our customer and group corporate website. You’ll deliver creative content and e-marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience; ensure that we have a strong, clear, consistent brand; and engage external stakeholders interested in contributing to our organisation’s success.

You’ll ensure that the platform is regularly updated with high quality, motivating and informative content, so it continues to be a reliable source of information and consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience. Key to this will be the continuous improvement of the customer journey on our website and increasing of customer self-serve options to support a channel shift that gets more of our customers interacting with us online.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll come equipped with strong experience of corporate website design and management, gained from working in the marketing and communications team of a large organisation. You’ll have a talent for copy production and editing, as well as digital storytelling through to the design of engaging creative content for web, social media and other digital channels. Importantly, you’ll have excellent people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of business stakeholders, as well as external creatives such as photographers and film-makers.  A solid foundation in key, principle digital and print design techniques with an understanding of asset optimisation is essential.
