The Role

Do you have a passion for delivering a high-quality service and driving continuous improvement forward? We’ve got opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our team and make a difference to our valued schemes. This role is based in our Mutuals team, and will be based at our Crompton Court Service in Wolverhampton.

This is a part time role for 20 hours a week, with the working pattern to be discussed with the successful candidate – between Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Retirement Living Manager, you’ll be ensuring a consistent excellent customer service is provided, undertaking regular compliance checks including fire safety, in line with regulatory requirements. You’ll develop positive relationships with our customers and your internal and external stakeholders, arranging and undertaking regular customer meetings and ensuring clear and transparent communication to residents.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll have knowledge of building management and compliance, and experience of working within a customer focussed environment. A drive to deliver a high quality service to customers is essential, using your knowledge  of budgets and value for money. You’ll be comfortable managing your time and workload effectively and be able to easily adapt to changing demands. Being able to communicate effectively is key in this role and being able to manage change within your team.
