The Role

Are you a keen problem solver who enjoys delivering great customer service? If so, we’ve got an exciting opportunity for a people focussed individual to join us as a part-time Retirement Living Officer, to deliver a high-quality housing management service and support our ambition to remain a brilliant landlord.

This role will be split across 2 schemes in the Wolverhampton area: Chester Street (13 hrs per week) and Millennium Way (2 hrs per week). You’ll therefore be willing and able to travel to these and other sites as required.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers, interacting with them regularly to ensure key messages are delivered. Ensuring that you understand our customers needs is really important in this role, being empathetic and interacting with them positively. Being able to help solve problems and enhance our customers wellbeing is integral.

Our ideal candidate? It goes without saying that you’ll be a people person with a passion, drive and enthusiasm for delivering high quality housing management services, using your knowledge of compliance and safety. You’ll have a strong customer focussed approach, with experience of managing budgets and financial understanding. Being able to adapt to changing priorities and work to tight deadlines is key to this role, by remaining organised and resilient under pressure. Working with others and being able to communicate effectively is a must, being able to understand the needs of customers and applying your great problem solving skills.
