The Role

Our customer focussed Portfolio Management & Service Improvement team has a great opportunity to join them as a Service Improvement Officer, working proactively with our customer facing teams to ensure we deliver excellent services.

You’ll be identifying improvements in our services and processes to improve outcomes for our customers. You’ll provide high quality analytical support, interrogating data and providing reports to ensure effective continuous improvement of our services. Using your problem solving skills you’ll resolve issues and support the implementation of learning across the organisation, with a focus on delivering quality, whilst working effectively with your stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate? As a Service Improvement Officer, you will need to demonstrate analytical skills and experience of investigating data from different systems.  You will understand how to identify root causes to eliminate waste and produce high quality structured reports with recommendations and action plans to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will need to show a keen work-ethic and a drive for innovation and problem-solving.
