The Role

Are you a keen problem solver who enjoys delivering great customer service? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a people focussed individual to join us as a Retirement Living Officer in our Stafford team, delivering a high-quality housing management service, driving our goals to become an excellent landlord.

This role will be split over our two schemes, Wellington Mill (ST13 5ED) and Brierley Lodge (ST5 2LS). You’ll need to have a willingness and ability to travel as required, as well as other sites if needed.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers, interacting with them regularly to ensure key messages are delivered. Ensuring that you understand our customers needs is really important in this role, being empathetic and interacting with them positively. Being able to help solve problems and enhance our customers wellbeing is integral.

Our ideal candidate? It goes without saying that you’ll be a people person with a passion, drive and enthusiasm for delivering high quality housing management services, using your knowledge of compliance and safety. You’ll have a strong customer focussed approach, with experience of managing budgets and financial understanding. Being able to adapt to changing priorities and work to tight deadlines is key to this role, by remaining organised and resilient under pressure. Working with others and being able to communicate effectively is a must, being able to understand the needs of customers and applying your great problem-solving skills.
