The Role

Do you have a passion for delivering a high-quality service and driving continuous improvement forward? We’ve got opportunity for a Retirement Living Manager, managing our Oakwood Lodge (Walsall) and Penmakers Court (Bearwood) schemes, to join our team and make a difference to our valued schemes.

Reporting to the Retirement Living Area Manager, you’ll be providing inspiration leadership to your team and ensuring a consistent excellent customer service is provided. You’ll develop positive relationships with our customers and your internal stakeholders, as well as working in partnership with care providers and external contacts. You’ll conduct audits and analysis on your scheme to ensure a high-quality service is maintained and to improve the service, reporting on the performance regularly.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll have experience leading and motivating a team successfully whilst achieving and maintaining operational excellence. A drive to deliver a high-quality service to customers is essential, using your experience of housing management and managing budgets. You’ll be comfortable managing your time and workload effectively and be able to easily adapt to changing demands. Being able to communicate effectively, work in partnership with a range of stakeholders is key in this role and being able to manage change within your team.
