The Role

We’re seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to join us to carry out stock condition and energy performance surveys across our 33,000 unit Midland-wide property portfolio. This is a part-time role, 17.5 hours per week, with the potential to be made full time, with some flexibility in the days worked dependent your preference.

You’ll be capturing and reporting accurate and timely condition data which is all important in shaping our investment strategy - ensuring our homes are not only safe and legally compliant, but also high-quality places where customers choose to live. You’ll identify opportunities to improve process and customer experience, and help support the effective performance of contractors to ensure a quality service is delivered.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll hold a recognised building / M&E or supervisory site management related qualification (e.g. MCIOB, RICS), or equivalent level of expertise demonstrated through significant work experience. You’ll have demonstrable experience of delivering key building surveys including stock condition and energy performance audit (EPC).
