The Role

We have a great opportunity for a Tenancy Services Officer to join our team, where you’ll be responsible for proactively managing a caseload of anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and other tenancy related cases.

You will ensure customers receive a co-ordinated, timely and comprehensive service and will resolve tenancy management issues that present risks of tenancy failure. This role will cover the Leicestershire / East Midlands area and will require an ability and willingness to travel to the different geographies Midland Heart operates within. Agile working is available including working from home.

Our ideal candidate? This role requires an ability to demonstrate excellent case management experience of anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and tenancy breaches. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service experience that puts the customer at the heart of service delivery.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and busy environment, in which excellent organisational skills will be vital to support the delivery of our services to the highest possible standard.  You’ll have operational experience of delivering housing management services and demonstrate excellent partnership working.
