The Role

Do you have experience of creating engaging digital campaigns and projects? Want to join a team which takes pride in delivering first-class customer communications and acting as brand ambassadors, safeguarding our tone of voice and brand guidelines?

As our Digital Content & Engagement Officer, you’ll develop and produce high-quality content across our key channels - social media, app and websites. You’ll help us provide a constant and consistent presence across these platforms – responding to trends in customer behaviour and proactively engaging with our customers on issues that matter to them.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll therefore play a key part supporting our operational teams to communicate more effectively with them, but also in developing our new Communications Customer Panel. You’ll help engage our involved customers in key projects to gain insight and feedback, and understand how we can more effectively communicate key messages and promote our services in-line with our digital first strategy.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll come with experience of creating engaging digital campaigns and projects, influenced by customer and digital trends, using the full range of channels. We’d love to see your creativity and flair for innovation, bringing fresh news ideas for ways to land the message and strengthen our brand. You’ll bring excellent copy writing skills and a keen eye for detail, as well as experience using CMS and social media management and reporting tools to maximise your content plan.

Importantly, we’re also looking for proven stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for advising and influencing key people across the organisation.

Who are Midland Heart? We’re a large and ambitious housing organisation providing more people an affordable place to call home. We welcome people from every walk of life, at every stage of their career. We expect a lot from our people but in return you can be assured of a great place to work, where you will be well rewarded and where great people are able to succeed. Whether you want to build your career with us, or use your experience to move on, we’re here to develop your potential.
