The Role

What to expect? You’ll deliver a truly solution focused and insights driven HR Business Partnering service, in a fast-paced organisation where you really can make a difference. You’ll contribute towards and support others to deliver the ambitious corporate strategy of our sector leading organisation; supporting our organisation and people to evolve, change and always put excellent customer service at the heart of everything we do.    

Joining us as an experienced HR Business Partner, your role will work closely with our leadership and management to support the on-going development of our organisational and people capabilities. Always proactive, pragmatic and solution focussed, you’ll learn our organisation inside and out; embedding yourself into the business areas you support in order to deliver our People Strategy and key HR services including employee relations, capability and performance management and providing expert people related legal advice and guidance that is truly insights driven.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll be a Chartered Member of the CIPD, who is able to demonstrate extensive HR generalist experience and employment law knowledge, gained across a range of sectors. You’ll have a track record of working and building strong working relationships with key stakeholders to successfully deliver multiple, positive people related outcomes simultaneously in complex and fast-paced organisation and situations. Importantly, you’ll be prepared to grow and evolve with our organisation; ever ready to adapt and take on new challenges as they arise.
