Leading your team, you’ll be the driving force behind the delivery of a strategic options appraisal to prioritise asset investment and divestment, in-line with our corporate objectives, with influence over a sizeable budget. You’ll be a strategic thinker with a track record of formulating such strategies based upon your knowledge of the property / housing market, demands of customers and financial viability of housing stock – both now and in the future. Strong people skills are a must and you’ll demonstrate not only the ability to lead a team, but also to work collaboratively with and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders.
