The Role

Are you driven to deliver excellent service using your housing management experience? We’ve got a great opportunity for an Independent Living Manager, to become a valued member of our team and make a difference to our services. This is a fixed term role until October 2021.

Reporting to the Head of Supported Living, you’ll be developing strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, whilst leading and engaging with your team to focus them on delivering a high quality service. You’ll manage the performance of your services through effective and thorough audits and ensuring financial viability and compliance is monitored and maintained.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll have experience of motivating your team to achieve a high quality service provision, with demonstrable experience of working with customers in a housing capacity. You’ll understand and have knowledge of the importance of compliance and other relevant housing legislation. You’ll have managed budgets and be able to adapt to changing demands, prioritising your workload effectively and achieving challenging deadlines.
