The Role

 

What to expect? You’ll be the lynchpin of our HR systems; providing vital people data insights that inform decision making and service delivery, whilst taking ownership of our systems management to make sure our technology best serves our colleagues and that data is stored securely.

Joining us as our HR Data Insight & Systems Manager, you’ll define, deploy and own product roadmaps to ensure our HR systems are maximised and serve our colleagues as effectively and as efficiently as possible. Your role will also see you governing access rights to all HR systems, ensuring robust data management processes and protocols are in place and in-line with GDPR requirements and organisational requirements.

Importantly, you’ll be a driving force behind our organisation’s ability to make people related decisions based upon real data-driven insights; providing robust and insightful analysis, data-driven forecasts and recommendations tailored to the needs of HR and business stakeholders, whilst developing self-service reports that enable them to instantly access accurate and relevant data that influences their day-today decision making.

Our deal candidate? You’ll be qualified in a relevant subject (degree or professional qualification) with significant experience of managing HR and Payroll systems, such as Itrent or similar, from both a systems and data management perspective. Use of advance Excel and Power BI functions should be second nature and you’ll demonstrate experience of analysing data pulled from multiple sources/systems to inform decision making, improve processes or provide solutions to problems. Importantly, you’ll have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate an individual’s requirements into reporting solutions and be ever willing and happy to provide support, even when things are changed or required at short notice.
