The Role

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for Retirement Living Officers to join our teams based in Wolverhampton. We have two full time roles available, 35 hours per week, the first based at our Briarwood service, and the second at our Chester Street service.

As a Retirement Living Officer, you’ll deliver a high quality housing management service, driving our goals to become an excellent landlord. You’ll develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers, interacting with them regularly to ensure key messages are delivered. You’ll conduct compliance checks and undertake actions required to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues, putting in action plans to enhance service delivery standards.

Our ideal candidate? It goes without saying that you’ll be a people person with a passion, drive and enthusiasm for delivering high quality housing management services, using your knowledge of compliance and safety. You’ll have a strong customer focussed approach, with experience of managing budgets and financial understanding. Being able to adapt to changing priorities and work to tight deadlines is key to this role, by remaining organised and resilient under pressure. Working with others and being able to communicate effectively is a must.
