The Role

Do you have a passion for delivering a high quality service and driving continuous improvement forward? We’ve got opportunity for two Retirement Living Managers to join our team and make a difference to our valued schemes. These roles are based in our Mutuals team, and will cover our Mutual schemes, travel to which will be required.

Reporting to the Head of Mutuals, you’ll be providing inspirational leadership to your team and ensuring a consistent excellent customer service is provided. You’ll develop positive relationships with our customers and your internal and external stakeholders. You’ll conduct audits and analysis on your scheme to ensure a high quality service is maintained and to improve the service, reporting on the performance regularly. You’ll be taking responsibility of setting budgets and maximising profitability as well as ensuring the Mutuals Committee is supported in effective budget planning.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll be motivated, with commercial acumen. You’ll have experience of leading a team successfully whilst achieving and maintaining operational excellence. You’ll have knowledge of mutual management matters, including legislative and policy frameworks. A drive to deliver a high quality service to customers is essential, using your experience of housing management and managing budgets. You’ll be comfortable managing your time and workload effectively and be able to easily adapt to changing demands. Being able to communicate effectively is key in this role and being able to manage change within your team.
