The Role

We have a great opportunity for two Portfolio Management Officers to join our Portfolio Management team, providing support in a range of duties from developing stock option appraisals to end-to-end administration of agreed property disposals.

In this role, you’ll report to the Asset Portfolio Manager, supporting the team in producing relevant information for various requirements, ranging from valuation reports to major capital investment plans. You’ll be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure due process is followed, and a high quality standard is achieved whilst maintaining compliance in a timely manner.

This is an exciting role, in which you will gain first hand exposure to Portfolio Management and the valuable work the team carry out.

Our ideal candidate? Ideally you’ll have an understanding or experience within the social housing or property sector, however it’s not essential. An eye for detail and accuracy is key to this role, with a pro-active attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond. You’ll demonstrate excellent communication skills, with sound decision making ability, and be able to manage your own time effectively.
