The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for two Rangers / Mobile Estates Operatives to join our Housing Management team, which supports the delivery of excellent customer service through innovative and proactive approaches to the management of our “places”, ensuring they are environments where people want to live both now and in the future.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out routine safety checks across designated properties.
  • Physically removing rubbish and other hazards (including bio-hazards).
  • Carrying out ad-hoc maintenance, cleaning and caretaking duties to scheme communal areas and grounds, ensuring they are clean, safe and secure for residents.
  • Reporting repairs, incident and housing management issues to the relevant departments/organisations to ensure prompt remedial action is taken.

Our ideal candidate? We’re looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a busy and fast paced customer facing environment and can demonstrate a flexible approach to work – always putting the customer at the heart of service delivery. You'll have experience of carrying out minor repairs, cleaning and ground maintenance. Due to the mobile nature of this role, a driving license is essential.
