Covering our North Midlands schemes including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stoke & surrounding areas.
£42,220 per annum

Do you have a passion for delivering a high quality service and driving continuous improvement forward? We’ve got opportunity for a Retirement Living Manager to join our team and make a difference to our valued schemes. This role covers our North Midlands schemes, including Coventry and surrounding areas.
This role can be based a scheme in the North Midlands region you cover, or Birmingham city centre head office.
Reporting to the Head of Retirement Living, you’ll be providing inspirational leadership to your team and ensuring a consistent excellent customer service is provided. You’ll develop positive relationships with our customers and your internal and external stakeholders. You’ll conduct audits and analysis on your scheme to ensure a high quality service is maintained and to improve the service, reporting on the performance regularly.
Our ideal candidate? You’ll be motivated, with commercial acumen. You’ll have experience of leading a team successfully whilst achieving and maintaining operational excellence. A drive to deliver a high quality service to customers is essential, using your experience of housing management and managing budgets. You’ll be comfortable managing your time and workload effectively and be able to easily adapt to changing demands. Being able to communicate effectively is key in this role and being able to manage change within your team.
